Returns of Food Products:

In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality and with a valid expiration date are not subject to exchange or return.

If the buyer receives goods of substandard quality (with manufacturing defects, signs of spoilage, or other defects that arose before the goods were transferred to the buyer), the buyer has the right to contact the seller to request an exchange or a refund in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian law.

If the goods were damaged during transportation by the delivery service, the buyer is advised to inspect the goods upon receipt and document the damage in accordance with the carrier’s rules.
